Recipe from Greece for grilled cubes of lamb leg skewered on a skewer together with peppers and tomatoes.

Procedure:
1. Cut the boneless meat into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice and let it rest for a while
2. Cut cleaned peppers into squares and tomatoes into halves
3. Thread the meat, peppers and tomatoes onto 4 metal skewers (or skewers), season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil
4. Cook under a hot grill, turning occasionally.
