1 handful frozen or dried mushrooms 1 liter cabbage 1/2 liter water 2 cloves garlic 1 dl milk 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp butter pcs salt, ground black pepper, cumin 12 pcs potatoes

Put mushrooms in water and boil until soft. Add the cabbage soup and let it boil.

In the meantime, in a second pot, boil the cleaned, quartered potatoes.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the milk and flour and add to the boiling soup. Boil for at least 15 minutes so that the flour is well cooked.
4.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin and garlic. Brush with butter. If the soup seems too sour, you can add a little of the water in which the potatoes were boiled.
5.
Place the cooked potatoes separately on each plate and pour the hot soup over them. Enjoy 🙂
