Procedure:
1. Soak the beans in cold water beforehand, then add salt and boil them in the same water (into which some mineral salts have migrated), the water must be at least 1/
2 litres, cook the beans on a moderate heat source and shake the pot occasionally to prevent the beans from burning
2. Drain the cooked groats, pour in the beaten and strained blood, mix well
3. In a pot, fry finely chopped onions in bacon or lard, add the groats with blood, spices and bake everything in the oven.
