400 g beef front 300 g potatoes 60 g lentils 5 pcs onion 1 pcs hot pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic minced red sweet paprika marjoram cumin parsley salt
procedure
1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in the lard, add the red pepper and the diced beef. Simmer covered in its own juices. Then add the lentils, finely chopped garlic, cumin, hot pepper, marjoram, salt, finely chopped parsley and simmer until tender. 2. Boil the potatoes separately and add them to the goulash and simmer together for a while before boiling. Serve with bread.
