Korbáčiky podle Ládi Hrušky

Another recipe by reporter Ládi Hruška, this time for homemade korbáčiky.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put 4 teaspoons salt in hot water, 3 teaspoons salt in cold water
2. Place the mozzarella in the pot of hot water
3. Once the cheese starts to stick to the spoon, don’t take a piece of melted cheese on the spoon, knead it several times with your fingers into a ball like dough, then pull long “strings” out of it with your fingers and immediately chill in cold salted water
4. Remove the cheese from the cold water, drain in a sieve and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
If the cheese has cooled so much that it will not stretch, just dip it again in hot water for a while until it softens.
