500 g pork minced 1 cup round grain rice 1 pk onion 1 pk red pepper to taste salt, pepper, ground red pepper 1 packet sauerkraut 1 crucible sour cream

Our favourite dish, which comes from Romania (not Hungary) and is very popular here…
1.
Put the butter, finely chopped onion, minced red pepper and minced meat in a pan. Season with salt and pepper and simmer everything thoroughly. I also had one red pepper, I put it in the cooking.

Cook the round rice.

Use fermented cabbage.

Put the sauerkraut, cooked rice, meat mixture in the baking dish on the bottom…..

cover the sauerkraut and pour the sour cream over it. Bake for about 45 minutes
6.
Serve garnished with sour cream.
