Potato pancakes stuffed with cabbage and cooked smoked pork belly.

1. 2. Pour boiling water over the sauerkraut, add cumin, salt and simmer until semi-soft, stirring occasionally
3. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot fat until golden brown, dust with flour and stir it into the cabbage
4. Towards the end of the simmering, sweeten the cabbage and add salt as needed
6. Grate the raw potatoes, squeeze out the excess juice
7. Pour the milk over the potatoes, add the eggs, spices, salt, cooked and finely chopped cracklings, flour and mix everything thoroughly
8. Spoon the smooth dough into a hot, greased pan, spread it into the pan and bake on both sides until red (the pancakes must be thin so that they fold well)
9. Place individual pancakes on heated plates, spoon sauteed cabbage, a slice of warm cooked smoked pork belly into the middle and fold the pancake over, serve immediately.
