Baked aubergines in the oven or on the fire, cut into small pieces, mixed with crushed nuts, garlic, oil and vinegar. Served as a side dish with roast.

Procedure:
1. Roast the aubergines in their skins in the oven or on the fire, peel them when hot and cut them into small pieces
2. In a mortar beat the nuts and peeled garlic, mix the mixture with salt, oil and vinegar
3. Mix the mixture in the mortar with the finely chopped aubergines, serve as a side dish to the roast.
