Kefir Pancakes

From kefir batter prepared pancakes, served sugared and sprinkled with ground cinnamon or smeared with jam and decorated with whipped cream and fruit.

Ingredients:

250 g of wholemeal flour 500 ml kefir 4 tablespoons of icing sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 3 pieces eggplant carrot marmalade fruit to taste whipped cream oil salt

Procedure:

1. Pour the kefir into a large bowl, add the beaten eggs, stir in the semi-coarse flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly into a smooth batter
2. Pour the prepared batter into the frying pan with heated oil, fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown and place them on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat
3. Decorate the finished fritters according to taste, some of them with sugar and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, others with jam, decorate with whipped cream and fruit.
