1.
Cut the toasted bread into small cubes, approximately 1×1 cm, and fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Place the toasted bread in a bowl, add the cream, melted butter and egg yolk. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Gently stir the mixture with a fork to absorb the liquid into the toasted croutons.

In another bowl, whisk the egg white and carefully add it to the prepared mixture. Finally, add the finely chopped fresh parsley and stir to combine.

In the meantime, bring a pot of water to a boil.

From the prepared mixture, form rolls and wrap them in food foil. Be sure to tighten the foil well to squeeze the air out of the dumplings.

Cook the prepared dumplings in hot water for approximately 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the dumplings.

After the dumplings are cooked, remove them from the water, pierce the foil and let them rest for at least 10 minutes. Then remove the dumplings from the foil and serve.
