Kale savoury pie

700 g kale 300 g egg 2 pcs egg yolk 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 300 g spelt flour 1 KL salt 1 KL ground red pepper

1. Chop the kale finely and put it in boiling salted water. Boil for 10 minutes. 2. Then drain the kale and blend until smooth. 3. Put the butter, egg yolks and the blended kale in a bowl. 4. Mix well. 5. In another bowl, mix the flour and breadcrumbs and add to the bowl with the kale. 6. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt separately in a bowl and add to the mixture. 7. Season to taste with salt and ground red pepper. 8. Transfer the mixture to a baking tin which has been pre-greased with butter and dusted with breadcrumbs. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle the top with chives and serve slightly cooled. Enjoy!
