Kaiserky with Niva Spread

Rolls smeared with niva spread, garnished with cucumber slices and chopped chives.

Ingredients:

6 pieces of macaroni mash 1 piece cucumbers 1 pc of chives For the spread: 150 g niva 120 g butter 100 g of semi-skimmed curd

Procedure:

1. Beat the softened butter until foamy and whisk the semi-fat curd with the niva
2. Then mix the butter foam and the whipped curd with the niva
3. Cut the kaiser longitudinally, spread the bottom parts with the niva spread, decorate with cucumber slices and finely chopped chives and cover the top parts.
