Judas Ear in Spicy Batter

Crispy snack in the form of fried Judas ear coated in flour and spicy batter with soy sauce and chilli spices.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean, wash and dry Judas’ ear
2. Mix the starch flour, grated ginger, chilli powder and eggs into a smooth batter
3. Season with a few drops of soy sauce
4. Coat the Judas ear first in plain flour and then dip in the batter
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides in hot oil.
Recommendation:
Serve warm as a savory appetizer with beer, wine. Judas ear grows year-round on elderberries, and is used in Asian dishes for its crisp texture.
