Recipe from South Bohemia for potatoes stuffed with minced meat, cheese, garlic and spices, baked in the oven until tender.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash potatoes of the same size, wipe them, but do not peel them and put them on a baking sheet to bake in a hot oven
2. When the potatoes start to crack and soften on top, take them out of the oven, peel the skin off the top and hollow out part of the inside
3. Combine the hollowed out potato mass with the meat, grated processed cheese and season with garlic, marjoram, cumin, salt and pepper
4. Put the filling back into the hollowed out potatoes and put a piece of butter on top and put back into the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes
5. Put 3 puddings per serving and serve as a side dish, for example coleslaw.
