1. Clean the potatoes, boil and mash. Add salt and flour and make a dough. 2. Cut it into equal pieces, roll it into a circle on a floured peel and bake it on a hot plate. 3. Grate the cleaned cabbage. Fry the sugar in the lard, add the cabbage and simmer covered. Salt the cabbage while it is stewing. 4.
