Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper.
Rub spice mixture all over chicken thighs.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Once hot, add chicken and cook for about 3 minutes per side, until browned.
Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
This recipe is perfect for when you want something a little bit spicy and packed with flavor. The smoked paprika really gives the chicken a nice smoky flavor that is delicious. You can serve this with rice and beans or with a salad for a complete meal
