4 servings 1 piece of vanilla sugar 300 g soft cottage cheese or heavy cream, approx. 750 g fresh or frozen strawberries, or raspberries, blueberries, forest or garden frozen mixes… About 300 ml whipped cream, about 150 g of my words or Lotus caramel biscuits, about 150 g of semolina sugar to taste
Procedure for the recipe
1 Fruit layer: if you are using fresh fruit, you can put it in the bottom of the glasses/cups whole or chopped, or lightly crushed and mixed with a little sugar. If you use frozen, put it in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar to taste and boil briefly, then leave to cool.
TIP: Quick desserts in 20 minutes
2 Cream: whisk the cottage cheese (mascarpone) or sour cream with vanilla sugar and icing sugar to taste. Then gently fold in the whipped cream until stiff. 3 Biscuit layer: crumble or mix the biscuits. Add a little more melted butter.
