120 g salad mix pcs salt pcs ground black pepper pcs balsamic vinegar spray 200 g mini mozzarella 3 pcs tomato 50 g sliced parmesan 1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh and easy to prepare. An Italian classic.

Pile the salad mix into a large bowl.

Salt, pepper, add oil and a dusting of balsamic vinegar. Toss well.
3.
Add the sauteed mini mozzarellas, salt and pepper again, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
4.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add to the salad. Season again.
5.
Finally, add the Parmesan shavings and toss again.
6.
Let the salad stand for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to combine.
7.
Serve with fish, chicken or on its own.
