40 dkg semolina flour 15 dkg spinach puree 3 pcs egg 1/5 liter milk to taste salt, ground nutmeg

Squeeze the spinach thoroughly. Mix the flour, eggs, spinach, milk, salt and nutmeg into a gnocchi dough. Shape into small gnocchi and cook for 1,5 minutes in boiling water. Drain and serve as a side dish or with sauce.
