Italian Omelette

From our grandmothers’ recipe book, English bacon with potatoes baked with cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place two slices of bacon on a fireproof dish or pan
2. On top of the bacon, spread sliced cooked potatoes, which we salt and pepper
3. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with ketchup
4. Let the omelette bake in the oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of around 190 °C.
