Interleaved baked pancakes

A slightly different variant of pancakes. 1. Prepare the pancake batter,let it stand for a bit and bake the pancakes. 2. Mix nuts to taste with pr. and vanilla sugar,prepare granko and jam to taste for filling. 3. Prepare a round baking dish,place 1 plain pancake on the bottom,sprinkle with nuts, 4. Brush about 6 pancakes with jam,roll up and place on top of the topped pancake.Cover the rolled pancakes with a plain flat pancake and sprinkle with granola and repeat the process.Finish with a plain pancake. 5. Whip the 2 egg whites with the icing sugar,pour over the top of the pancake,sprinkle with nuts and put in the oven for 15 min.After baking let cool a little and serve.
