Indian red lentil soup

ingredients

500 g red lentils 250 ml cooking cream 1 can tomato puree 8 tbsp sunflower oil 5 pcs carrot 5 pcs spring onion 50 g celery 5 pcs tomato 2 tbsp curry pepper 2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground black pepper to taste coriander

Cut the carrots, onion and celery into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and gently fry the chopped Vegetable Recipes with curry spices. Cover with water and add chopped tomatoes, puree, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Cook lentils in salted water, add to Vegetable Recipes. Remove from heat, stir in cream. Serve garnished with coriander or parsley.
