Fantastic unbaked cake Violet

200 g sour cream 100 ml 33% whipping cream 250 g soft cottage cheese 320 g Greek yoghurt with cane sugar 250 g Mascarpone 3 tbsp cane sugar 2 packets of long biscuits 250 g fresh fruit dark chocolate – chopped into pieces cocoa
Unbaked desserts are very popular with us, so we make them as often as we can and always in a different combination. We named this one Violet.
Prepare the ingredients.
Place the mascarpone, cottage cheese, whipping cream and sour cream in a blender. You can add any dairy you need to spend. Mix and add the cane sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Prepare a cake tin and stack the biscuits on the bottom. Pour half of the cream over the biscuits and place the washed fruit on top. Place the remaining biscuits between the fruit and pour the remaining cream over the biscuits.
Place the prepared cake in the refrigerator to set properly. For at least two hours. Before serving, decorate the cake with fruit and chopped chocolate.
