Hussar Roast

The original name of this German recipe is Husarenbraten. It is boiled beef butt, sliced, rolled and baked until tender.

Procedure:
1. Place the meat in boiling salted water, add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes and cook until semi-soft
2. Remove the meat from the broth, cut into slices
3. Fry the onion in butter in a pan, add the grated bread, pepper, salt, add a few tablespoons of broth from the meat, stir everything together
4. Towards the end of baking, make a light roux with butter and flour, dilute it with stock and pour it over the meat.
Recommendation:
