Sliced onions and apples, fried until golden brown, stacked alternately with slices of boiled potatoes and leftover roasted meat in a baking dish, the ingredients then covered with broth and covered with pieces of butter, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Clean the potatoes, put them in a pot of water and boil them until tender, then drain and let them cool
2. Slice the roasted or boiled meat
3. Then peel the onion, potato and apple and slice them as well
4. Heat half of the butter in a pan, put the sliced onions and apples and fry until golden brown
5. Then in a buttered baking dish, alternate layers of meat, potatoes, apples and onions, the last layer is potatoes, salt and pepper each layer
6. Pour the broth over the stacked ingredients and top with the butter pieces
7. Then place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 190 °C and bake until golden brown.
