Hungarian goulash with potatoes

600 g beef leg sliced 30 g lard 50 g bacon 1 pk onion 1 KL ground red sweet paprika, a little hot ground paprika 2 pk carrot 2 pk tomato 1 pk green pepper 1 tbsp plain flour to taste potato to taste salt, ground pepper

1. Cut the meat into equal pieces. Fry the chopped onion in lard and bacon chopped finely, add the sweet and hot pepper and immediately pour the soup or broth from the bones. 2. Make sure that the onions do not burn. Then add the chopped meat, carrots, tomatoes and green peppers, season with salt and pepper and simmer slowly. 3. Stir-fry while simmering. When the meat is tender, add the flour, fry, cover with water and simmer again. Finally, add the separately boiled potatoes.
