Hungarian Cabbage

Sliced cabbage, seasoned and baked in layers with bacon, tomatoes and peppers.
Ingredients:
500 gof cabbage

100 gof bacon8 pieces
tomatoes
5 pcsof green peppers2-3 pcsgarlic cloves1 pcsmall onion4 tbspwhite wine
cuminpepper

Procedure:
1. Cut cabbage into noodles, season with salt, pepper and cumin, season with grated garlic
2. Add the onion to the mixture and mix well
3. Cut the washed tomatoes and peppers without pips into noodles (you can also use sterilized Vegetable Recipes or lentils)
4. Line a fireproof casserole dish with thin slices of bacon, put a layer of cabbage, a layer of peppers with tomatoes and again a layer of cabbage
5. Pour wine into 2 dcl of water, pour the liquid over the cabbage and top again with the bacon slices
6. Bake for about an hour in an oven heated to 180-190 °C.
