Hot pot

Comfortably heat the hot pot in the oven. It’s quick and easy to make. With a generous helping of ginger and garlic, it can even cure the flu.
Ingredients for four
200g pork tenderloins; 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp hot chilli paste to taste for the dish Put a litre of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Season the stock with the spices mentioned in the recipe, except for the chilli paste. Cut the garlic in half with a knife and add to the saucepan as is. Cut the pork into strips and fry the surfaces until brown in a frying pan. Pour the pork into the pan. Take a cup of stock and rinse the fat from the pan into the pan. Put the noodles in the pan and cook until the noodles are cooked. The pork will cook in a few minutes. Put the lid on and put the pan on the stove to simmer for at least 15 minutes.
