Honey strawberry soup with dark honey

100 g dark honey 400 g strawberries 3/4 litre water 1 dl sweet cream

step

Wash the strawberries and press through a sieve. Boil the water, cool, add the honey and stir until the honey dissolves. Pour this solution over the mashed strawberries. Pour in the cream, stir and leave to cool.
