Honey spelt flour slices

50 g butter 82% 100 g powdered sugar (cane) 2 pk egg 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp baking soda 400 g plain (spelt) flour

6 dl milk 1 packet Premium Golden Cob with natural vanilla 3 tbsp baby semolina (or coarse flour) 200 g granulated sugar 250 g butter 82% 150 g thick jam (plum, currant) – does not have to be

Cook butter, sugar, eggs, honey,soda together over steam

Once cooked, incorporate the flour into the plain flour to form a uniform batter.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out to 30x20cm and bake progressively at 200°C, about 3 minutes per slice.

Cook a thick porridge from milk, golden cob, semolina and sugar.

When the porridge has cooled completely!, beat it with butter and fill the slices with it. If you like jam, you can spread it on one slice.

Melt the chocolate with the Palmarin, let the piece cool and pour over the filled sheets.

Let set in the refrigerator for a few hours and can be sliced.
