Honey-rosemary bread

160 ml olive oil 500 ml Greek white yoghurt 3 pcs egg 1 sprig of rosemary 250 g semolina sugar 310 g plain flour 1/2 pk baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 pinch nutmeg 350 g powdered sugar 75 ml honey

Bread that you prepare in the comfort of your own home. You can eat it on its own or spread it with butter.
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a bread tin with oil and dust with flour. 2. In the bowl of a KitchenAid food processor, use a balloon whisk to whisk together the oil, yogurt and eggs. 3. Whisk the mixture until everything is combined into a smooth paste, then add the rosemary and all the other dry ingredients. 4. Beat on speed 4 for two minutes until everything is really beautifully combined into a smooth creamy consistency. 5. Pour the finished batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 50 minutes. 6. After baking, turn the bread out of the tin and leave to cool After it has cooled, brush it with the prepared topping, which you make by mixing together: 350 g of icing sugar 150 g of white Greek yoghurt 75 ml of honey 7.
