3 pcs egg yolks 200 g icing sugar 50 g melted butter 3 tbsp liquid honey 1 dl milk ground nuts 2 KL baking powder Dr.Oetker 250 g semi-coarse flour 3 pcs egg whites (snow) 250 g palmarin 100 g dark chocolate 1 dl rum 200 g grated coconut for coating

I always bake honey jejesus among other desserts at Christmas, they are juicy, delicious. This photo is recent, they are already baked before this Christmas.

Mix the egg yolks with the icing sugar, add the melted butter, liquid honey, mix well with a mixer.

Add the advanced milk, nuts, flour mixed with baking powder and finally lightly stir in the stiff egg white snow.

Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes /test with a skewer/.

Cut the cooled thicker sheet into smaller rectangles, dip in warm icing and roll in coconut.
5.
For the icing, melt palmarin, milk, chocolate, icing sugar and rum over steam.
