3 kg tomatoes, how many do you have, put that much 3 pcs allspice 2 pcs bay leaf 4 pcs whole black pepper salt sugar

Wash the tomatoes, chop them and put them in a pot to cook. Add the bay leaf, black pepper and allspice.

When they are cooked, pour the contents into a blender and blend to a puree. Strain through a sieve or passirator.

Place the strained juice in a saucepan, heat and season with salt and sugar.
4.
While still warm, bottle and sterilize in a water bath25 minutes at 80°C. Remove the bottles and leave to cool.
