Homemade sterilised sulc

Cooked fatty pork, skin, legs cut into cubes, covered with broth, sterilized.

Procedure:
1. Put the fatty pork, skins, feet in a pot, add a teaspoon of salt, diced root Vegetable Recipes and spices, cook the meat until tender
2. Cut the cooked meat into smaller pieces
3. Add vinegar to the broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes
4. Mix well, put the meat in jars, pour the strained broth over it
5. Sterilise at least 1 hour at 100 °C.
