Homemade rice paper

On a suitable pan with a non-stick smooth surface a thin layer of dough is dry roasted, a semi-finished product for further processing. Probably the most famous are spring rolls made from this rice paper.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of rice flour 1 cup drinking water salt suitable pan with a non-stick, flat surface

Procedure:

Make a smooth batter from the flour, water and a pinch of salt, let it rest for a while

.In a suitable non-stick pan with a smooth surface, dry fry a thin layer of batter gradually, once it turns white, tip it out and continue frying

Rice paper can be stored in a bag in a dry place for a short time, then process it according to the respective recipes.
