Homemade raw fish recipe

Is there anything more refreshing than a delicious, raw fish dish?
In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make your own homemade raw fish dish. This dish is perfect for a hot summer day, and it’s sure to please everyone at your table.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 pound of fresh fish (I prefer salmon or tuna)
1/2 cup of rice vinegar
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions:
Place the fish in a large non-reactive bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, green onion, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the fish.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours.
When you’re ready to serve, thinly slice the fish and arrange on a platter. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
Tip:
This dish is also delicious served with a simple green salad on the side
