Homemade rabbit soup with liver dumplings

Soup prepared with part of rabbit and root Vegetable Recipes, served with liver dumplings.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the rabbit, set the legs and back aside for roasting or fillet sauce
2. Put the breast, head and flanks in a pot of water to boil; if you want a lot of meat in the soup, boil the front legs as well
3. Add salt, root Vegetable Recipes and onions and cook everything until the meat is well separated from the bone, drain the broth, let the cooked meat and Vegetable Recipes cool down
4. Put the minced liver in a bowl, add breadcrumbs, eggs, mace, garlic, a teaspoon of butter and salt, mix the mixture and make a stiffer mass from which we then make balls, which we put aside for now
6. When the broth starts to boil, pour in the liver dumplings, the balls are cooked when they appear on the surface of the soup

Recommendation:
Somewhere this soup is served without the roux, as a broth, just with dumplings, meat and Vegetable Recipes.
