For the cheesecake dough
200 g of non-fat fine cottage cheese 60 g of wholemeal spelt flour finely ground 2 pcs egg white salt, black pepper ground
For the tomato base
115 g tomato puree (puree) 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic
For the garnish
Vegetable Recipes (tomatoes, mushrooms, onions …), ham bryndza sheep 100% 2 tbsp sour cream

Homemade pizza made of whole wheat spelt flour cheesecake dough. Topped with mushrooms, tomatoes, ham and dollops of bryndza. Unconventional but tasty.

Cesto: Put the sifted flour in a bowl, add the cottage cheese, egg whites, a pinch of black pepper, salt to taste and mix until smooth.

Tomato base: Mix the tomato puree or purée with olive oil and crushed garlic. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Decoration: Cut the mushrooms, tomatoes and onion into strips. Mix the sour cream with the sour cream. Cut the ham into triangles.

Line the pizza pans with baking paper. Spread the dough in a thin layer on the paper, brush the edges all around with olive oil mixed with crushed garlic. Then spread the tomato base, arrange the vegetable garnish and piles of bryndza mixed with sour cream.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
