No commitment is equal to honest homemade pasta.
1.
From flour, eggs and a little salt and water (about 1 dcl) make a dough.

Divide the dough into smaller pieces.
3.
Using a pasta mill, roll out the dough into thin strips.
4.
Let the rolled dough dry a little. Cut it into shorter pieces (depending on how long you want your noodles to be)
5.
Using a food mill, cut the dough into noodles
6.
Spread the noodles on a tea towel so they don’t stick together and let them dry out.
7.
You can also prepare the noodles without a food mill – roll them out with a rolling pin and cut them with a knife.
