Another variation on the famous Hungarian lángos, this recipe is for lángos fried with yoghurt dough.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the starter; put about 1cl of lukewarm milk in a small bowl, crumble the yeast, add a pinch of sugar and a teaspoon of flour, let the starter rise, which takes about 10 minutes
2. In a large bowl, prepare the flour, salt, soda and add the risen sourdough, then add the yoghurt, eggs, oil and the rest of the milk, mix, the dough must not stick, if necessary add a little flour and leave to rise in a warm place
3. Cut off pieces from the risen dough, roll them into a pancake and fry in well heated oil
