Cooked beef, mutton, veal and pork with sausage and Vegetable Recipes, served as a separate course. There are hundreds of variations of this recipe!

Ingredients:

Recipe for 6-8 servings: 500 g of beef brisket 300 g 300 g of calf shoulder 150 g of beef shoulder pork ears 1 pc pork feet 3 pcs of pairs 6 pcs of onions 2 pcs leeks 2 pcs small carrots 2 pcs of celery stalks 2 pcs of parsley piece of kale bean leaf thyme salt

Procedure:

Cover the rinsed meat with cold water, bring to a boil

Add spices, salt and cook the meat until tender

Add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes at the end of the boil and finally the sausages

Remove the soft meat from the soup, cut into portions, garnish with Vegetable Recipes and serve as a separate course

Finally, you can pour a little broth over each portion, otherwise strain the broth and serve separately as a soup.

Recommendation:

Serve with fresh bread, mustard and horseradish.
