1.5 litres water 250 g potatoes 250 ml milk 2 tbsp plain flour 1 pk bay leaf 4 pk whole allspice 1 KL thyme 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp vinegar
procedure
1. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water. When they are soft, pour in the milk in which the plain flour has been stirred and leave to boil well. 2. Put the bay leaf, allspice, thyme and chopped onion and garlic into 125 ml of water and bring to the boil. Strain the decoction into the potato soup. 3. Salt the soup to taste and add vinegar.
