New York cheesecake with a taste of Slovakia in the form of the popular Highlanders.
1.
Corpus: Blend the Horalky, combine the mixture with melted butter and stir. Spread into the bottom of a baking tin (20cm with baking paper). Spoon over.
2.
Bake in a preheated oven for 8 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius-warm. Let cool.
3.
Cream: Beat together the room temperature ingredients: mascarpone, sour cream, icing sugar and starch. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Pour 3/4 of the cream over the cooled horalk. Beat the remaining 1/4 of the cream with the peanut/chocolate/peanut butter mixture and drizzle over the light cream. Use a skewer to make shapes.
4.
Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius, with a baking tray of hot water in the bottom of the oven. Once baked, leave to cool in the oven with the door ajar.
5.
Once the cheesecake has cooled in the oven, chill it overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, decorate. Top with the chocolate and oil glaze that you made over steam. Decorate with the last of the Highlander.
6.
Good taste!
