Spicy toasts with ermine, red peppers and spices will surely appeal to everyone who likes cheese. You will appreciate them when unexpected guests arrive, but you can also prepare them for dinner.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the ermine into as small pieces as possible
2. Add the peppers and chopped onion, crushed garlic and spices
3. Mix well and add to the mixture the whole egg, which was previously beaten with a fork with Solamil
4. Taste the mixture and add salt or pepper as needed
5. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the bread, then coat it in breadcrumbs on the spread side (press lightly and tap off the excess breadcrumbs so that they do not burn unnecessarily in the oil)
6. Fry in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until the toast is golden brown. From the underside, i.e. the ungreased side, brush them with garlic and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
Tip for those who are afraid of vampires: you can brush the bread on the side on which you will apply the cheese mixture with rubbed garlic. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk, if it is too thin, add a little breadcrumbs. If the cheeses are not yet ripe, you can also grate them on a grater and brush the cutting surface with oil.
