2 pcs trout 1 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 1/2 handful fresh herbs 100 g butter 1 KL fish seasoning 1 pcs lemon
procedure
1. Wash, dry and cut the trout. Salt them inside and out, season with fish seasoning and leave to stand for a while. 2. Chop the herbs, mix with 3/4 of the butter. Drizzle the trout with lemon juice, rub the inside with pressed garlic and half of the herb butter. 3. Place them in a greased baking dish, drizzle with the remaining pure butter, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. Uncover the foil after 20 minutes, brush the trout with the remaining herb butter and finish baking.
