1. Wash the trout, dry and cut on the surface. Season them with salt and fish seasoning and let them stand for a while. Finely chop half of the herbs, mix with half of the butter and the pressed garlic. Brush the inside of the fish with the seasoned butter and drizzle with lemon juice. 2. Place the fish on a greased baking tray or in a baking dish. Drizzle them with the remaining butter, add the sliced remaining lemon and the halved potatoes seasoned with salt. Cover the fish with foil and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes. 3. Remove the foil, add the remaining herbs and finish baking the trout.
