A quick yet easy recipe that not only fills you up, but also gives your body plenty of energy and necessary nutrients. This is a dip served with fresh Vegetable Recipes. A great snack or light dinner for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
150 g
bio cream cheese
50 g
bio white yoghurt
1 piece
strips of organic garlic
1 handful
of organic herbs (chives, basil, parsley)
1 tsp
bio Dijon mustard
organic lemon juice and zest
crushed organic chilli
organic pepper
salt
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, white yogurt, mustard and squeezed lemon juice thoroughly.
Peel and mince the garlic, grate the lemon zest and add it to the mixture along with the chopped herbs and a pinch of chilli.
Taste for salt and mix well again.
Place the hot dip in the fridge to cool and serve with chopped Vegetable Recipes.
