Herb dip with Vegetable Recipes

A quick yet easy recipe that not only fills you up, but also gives your body plenty of energy and necessary nutrients. This is a dip served with fresh Vegetable Recipes. A great snack or light dinner for hot summer days.

Ingredients:

150 g bio cream cheese 50 g bio white yoghurt 1 piece strips of organic garlic 1 handful of organic herbs (chives, basil, parsley) 1 tsp bio Dijon mustard organic lemon juice and zest crushed organic chilli organic pepper salt

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, white yogurt, mustard and squeezed lemon juice thoroughly.
  • Peel and mince the garlic, grate the lemon zest and add it to the mixture along with the chopped herbs and a pinch of chilli.
  • Taste for salt and mix well again.
  • Place the hot dip in the fridge to cool and serve with chopped Vegetable Recipes.
