Hen in noodles

Smaller hen cooked with root Vegetable Recipes and spices, with an insert of noodles.

Ingredients:

1 piece smaller hen 4 pcs of allspice 2 pcs black peppercorns 1 pc of tomatoes 120 g of peppercorns root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 50 g onions 40 g soup noodles water

Procedure:

1. Boil the cleaned hen in salted water until semi-soft, then remove the skin and bones and cut the meat into cubes
2. Add the cleaned root Vegetable Recipes cut into slices, onion, spices and cook the soup together with the chicken meat until tender
3.

Recommendation:

Serve the soup with fresh bread.

Noodles are cooked in salt water separately and added to the finished soup.
