Hearty bean soup

ingredients
250 g runner beans 200 g carrots 150 g parsley 1 pk green pepper 200 g smoked sausage 250 g smoked pork 2 tbsp vegeta 1 tbsp ground red sweet paprika 5 pk garlic cloves 4 tbsp oil 1 pk onion salt to taste
for thickening
3 tbsp plain flour 100 ml water

1. Progress. Fry the chopped onion and the pressed garlic in the oil. Add the ground red pepper, cover with water and salt. To the prepared base add the beans, veggies, green peppers, chopped carrots, parsley and cook until the beans are almost soft. 3. Cut the smoked meat into cubes and add to the soup. Cook for about 30 minutes. Before finishing, add the chopped sausage and thicken with the dressing made from water and plain flour. 4. Let boil thoroughly. Season with salt, but carefully, as both the smoked meat and the sausage are quite salty.
