Healthy dip of three kinds of cheese in two ways

160 g Feta cheese 200 g cottage cheese (unflavoured) 60 g cream cheese 1,5 tbsp virgin olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp peeled hemp seeds parsley (or other fresh herbs)

If you’re looking for recipes that give you plenty of protein, fill you up and fit into a FIT regime, you’ll appreciate these dips. You can create two treats from one base at once.

Prepare your ingredients: cottage cheese, feta, cream cheese, hemp seeds – can be roasted. Then herbs, onions, garlic, oil, lemon juice, spices, mustard.

Cut everything you need, chop the onion and garlic, as well as the parsley or any other herb you are using.

Mix the base of the dip, which will later be used to make two treats: mix all three types of cheese – cottage, feta and cream cheese with oil, lemon juice. Add hemp seeds and mix.

Divide the premixed mixture into two parts – half to make a deli version and half to make a spicier version.

First, make the deli. Add the mustard and chopped red onion to the part we left in the blender. Possibly other herbs. Blend. Season with salt and pepper.

Flavour the other part of the dip with the spicy relish: garlic, red smoked paprika and cayenne pepper. I added a drop of lemon juice. Stir to mix Season with salt and pepper.Again, you can add herbs – depending on how many you put in the beginning.

Place in bowls and serve garnished with herbs. Serve with cleaned celery stalks, crackers or any bread.

Both dips are also delicious in combination with baked potatoes or as a spread on toast. Or enjoy them with grilled Vegetable Recipes. Enjoy!
